Nourihan Mostafa is a seasoned banking professional and certified trainer with over 17 years of experience in Egypt’s banking sector, currently serving as a Sales Development Manager at QNB Al Ahli Bank. She brings deep expertise in Retail & Corporate banking, commercial performance management, and network development, with a proven track record of training and mentoring staff across various levels. Nourihan is a certified “Train the Trainer” graduate from both RITI and LOGIC, and she has conducted various training programs covering time management, creative thinking, and value-based leadership in collaboration with organizations such as JICA and Kelma. Her background includes extensive coaching, mentoring, and content delivery in both corporate and freelance settings.
