Amr Hussein Elalfy is the Chief Equity Strategist at Thndr Securities Brokerage, bringing over 25 years of experience in capital markets and telecommunications. He previously led research teams at several financial institutions, including Prime Securities, SHUAA Securities Egypt, Mubasher Financial Services, and CI Capital. Elalfy holds a BBA in Finance & Investments (summa cum laude) from Baruch College, an MBA from AUC, and is a CFA Charterholder. He is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in finance at Ain Shams University. Additionally, Elalfy serves as a board member and former chairman of CFA Society Egypt and has taught finance at AUC, Ain Shams, and other universities. He is also a columnist and podcast presenter for Zawya Arabic and the founder of BORSAGY.com, a platform for fundamental equity analysis.
